Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager at Corelogic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Encourage team members to contribute ideas and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices. Utilize data-driven insights to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
4. Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that financial targets are met.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success. Regularly review performance data and reports to assess progress and make informed decisions.
7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization.
8. Innovation and Change Management:
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose new ideas and solutions. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during operational shifts.
9. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and facilitate professional development opportunities. Support team members in achieving their career goals and enhancing their skill sets.
10. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer focus by ensuring that operational processes meet client needs and expectations. Gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in the Operations Manager role at Corelogic, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience:
