About the Role
As a Project Manager at HSBC, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects that drive our business forward.





You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively will be essential in achieving project objectives. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level project managers, who are motivated and independent thinkers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.







- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.

- Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to secure necessary resources and services.

- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.







- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.

- Motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not mandatory.
