Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator,
you will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the F&I; and Accounting Department. You will also be providing precise administration of internal procedures, ensuring accuracy of all documentation before, throughout and after the delivery process. You will report directly to the Controller but will work closely with the F&I; Manager and will also have theopportunity to work with all dealership staff.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- coordinating and processing licensing
- reviewing, analyzing and submitting documents for funding
- reviewing, analyzing and submitting documents to register warranties.
- Ensuring that the garage register and inventory files are up to date and accurate.
Requirements & Traits:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory; experience with CDK and One-Eighty is an asset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Honest and professional, a strong team player
