Come join our Audi West Ottawa location as our Appointment coordinator for our Service Department.
Appointment coordinator
Responsibilities include are not limited to:
o booking and scheduling service appointments
o explaining and quoting service recommendations
o confirm appointments
o updating customer contact information, verify phone numbers
o schedule and track loaners; upkeep of loaners
o filing system upkeep and file/pull repair orders
o schedule and process internal work orders
o assist and fill in for advisors/drive thru and valet as required
o filling in for advisors during vacation periods, unscheduled absences etc.
o cashiering/ checkout duties
o Customer Service Index; conduct after service call backs
o various other duties as determined by management
