About the Role:
As an Operations Manager at Sparkling Hill Resort,
you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our resort. We are looking for candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level, who are ready to take on challenges and drive positive change within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. This includes overseeing various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Encourage open communication and provide guidance to help team members achieve their goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of operational budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and objectives. Contribute to long-term planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level positions. Relevant experience in hospitality or operations management is a plus.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
