About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Corvus Energy,
you will play a pivotal role in leading projects that contribute to our mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Communicate project status, risks,
and opportunities effectively to ensure alignment and transparency.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring that projects remain on track.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
6. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: We welcome candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions. Relevant experience in project management, preferably within the energy sector or related industries, is an asset.
- Education: A degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

- Soft Skills: Attention to detail is crucial,
