About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. 5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up actions.
6. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies.
7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
8. Adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities and customer needs,
demonstrating flexibility in your approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
Requirements:
