Position Overview:
As a Public Relations Associate at The Stars Group,
you will play a crucial role in shaping our public image and enhancing our brand reputation. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from crafting compelling press releases to managing media relations and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage for The Stars Group. Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with key stakeholders.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for press releases, articles, social media, and other communication channels that effectively convey our brand message and values.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing public relations events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
Ensure all events align with our brand strategy and objectives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage and analyze public sentiment regarding The Stars Group. Prepare regular reports on PR activities and their impact on brand perception.
- Crisis Management: Support the development of crisis communication plans and assist in managing communications during challenging situations to protect the company’s reputation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform PR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
