About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Manager,
you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, ensuring our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management of the Port of Vancouver’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- A passion for digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Experience in digital marketing, ranging from entry-level to senior-level positions, is welcomed.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cooperation and teamwork.
- A dedicated and confident approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
