Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at The Lavin Agency, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that project goals are met and that the highest standards of quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
- Execution and Monitoring: Lead project execution,
ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback,
and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: We welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level project management roles.
- Education: A degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
