About the Role:
As a Customer Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.





You will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices to streamline operations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of reliability and dedication within the team, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the customer care team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members at all levels.

- Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the Business Council of Alberta’s goals and objectives.

- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.







- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

- Manage escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer care, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on team leadership and management.

- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills,





with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

- A reliable and dedicated work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
