Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at Activa, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. This position is suitable for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain and update filing systems,





both electronic and physical, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and well-organized.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:







- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on presentation and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software and tools.
- A dedicated and hardworking attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote work environment.
