Position Overview:
While we are not currently hiring for Operations Associate positions,

We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who can contribute to our mission and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Associate at the Public Policy Forum, you will play a vital role in supporting our organizational operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our initiatives. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. This may involve coordinating logistics for events, managing schedules, and supporting project management activities.

2. Data Management: Maintain and organize databases, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes tracking project milestones,





managing documentation, and assisting in reporting activities.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration. This may involve participating in meetings, contributing to team discussions, and providing input on operational strategies.

4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant public policy issues and operational best practices. Analyze data and provide insights that can inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

5. Creative Problem Solving: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.





This may involve brainstorming sessions and collaborative discussions with team members.

6. Leadership Support: Assist senior leadership in strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives. This may include preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.

7. Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to the organization’s commitment to environmental responsibility by supporting sustainability initiatives and promoting best practices within the workplace.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Experience: Relevant experience in operations, project management, or a related field. We welcome applications from candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals.

- Education: A degree in public policy,





business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Personality Traits: Adaptable and confident individuals who can thrive in a dynamic work environment and embrace change.

- Soft Skills: Strong creativity and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in teams and driving initiatives forward.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools and databases.
