About the Role:
As an Operations Associate at Canlan Ice Sports,
you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services. This position is designed for individuals at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior positions. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of our sports facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of events, programs, and activities that engage our community and promote sports participation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, events, and customer feedback.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- A motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for sports and recreation.
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a related field is an asset, but we welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels.
