As an Account Manager at Twig Fertility, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Twig Fertility.

2. Account Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create and implement account strategies that align with their goals and objectives, ensuring mutual success.

3. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.

5. Problem Solving:





Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify solutions and enhance the overall client experience.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

8. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in account management and the fertility industry.

Requirements:

- Experience Level: We welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels,





from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Previous experience in account management or a related field is an asset but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
