About the Role:
As a Customer Care Manager at Le Marché Du Store,





you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service strategy and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution.

- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service or a related field, with a range of positions available from entry-level to senior-level roles.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail,
