About the Role:
As a member of our digital marketing team,
you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement with our brand. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that are essential to our marketing strategy, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and our company website.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance our website’s visibility and organic search rankings, ensuring that our content reaches the right audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and engage with our audience to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics,
providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing our marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and events.
- Brand Development:
Help maintain and enhance the Durabuilt brand identity across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging.
Qualifications:
- Experience: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals with a proven track record in digital marketing.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Personality Traits: We seek individuals who are resourceful and driven,
with a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing field.
- Soft Skills: Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively communicating our brand message and addressing challenges that arise in the digital landscape.
