Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Paraffin Store Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met while adhering to budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership:

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures,
ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project management. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Training and Development: Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development. Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: We welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level to senior project management roles. Relevant experience in project management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment, is a plus.
- Education:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Personality Traits: We are looking for driven and reliable individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering results.
- Soft Skills: Strong persuasion and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with stakeholders and leading project teams. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
