Position Overview:
As an HR Officer, you will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to various functions that support our workforce and enhance our organizational culture. The responsibilities of this role will vary depending on your level of experience, ranging from entry-level to senior-level positions. Your contributions will help shape the future of our workforce and ensure that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.





Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support the creation of training materials and resources.
- Policy Development:





Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements. Ensure that employees are informed of policies and practices.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare reports and metrics to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:
