Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Officer at Colliers International,





you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This position is ideal for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals, who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information regarding our services and offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, working towards effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback,





and service requests in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall service quality.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and timely information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates at all experience levels.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,





with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Confident and independent personality, with the ability to make decisions and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to grow within the company.
