We are seeking a Drone Technician to join our Dr Drone team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced, exciting industry and grow your skills with our business.

About the Job:

As a Drone Technician and Customer Service Specialist at DrDrone, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while also showcasing your technical expertise. Both, customer service and technical skills are equally important in this position. You will be learning about the products we carry along with their accessories to provide customers with industry-leading knowledge and recommendations. You will educate yourself and fellow team members about aspects of all products, such as specifications, use cases, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. You'll have the chance to diagnose and repair drones to perfection while engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to balance technical proficiency with outstanding customer care will be the key to excelling in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing customers with information about our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and questions
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Document and communicate technical issues
- Learning and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of technology
- Repair drones
- Fly and test drones, ensure safety of drone flights
- Handling customer inquiries
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Running a POS system and processing payments
- Answering phone calls from new and existing customers
- Writing and Answering emails in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- Background in technical or electronics repairs, customer service, and sales preferred
- Ability to build a strong rapport with our clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and Positive demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- A passion for technology, being tech savvy as well as having proficiency with soldering is preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 48 per week
