What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Develop features for fintech, travel, eCommerce, and superapp products
Manage deployment, monitoring, debugging, and testing of features, services, and databases
Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
Mentor junior developers and participate in cross-functional team projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of professional software development experience
5+ years of experience with Python or Node on the backend
5+ years of experience with a modern frontend JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an agile team
Experience working with web services and tackling system design challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with a breadth of technologies including Gitlab, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, and Snowflake
SQL/analytics knowledge and familiarity with devops concepts
Previous experience in a startup environment
Experience writing end-to-end/browser-based tests
Background working closely with business stakeholders
