Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Admin Representative. This position is based out of our facilities in Clairmont, AB. This position – Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM – 2:30.

The Customer Service/Admin Representative’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer calls and providing them with the assistance they need
- Processing incoming orders by phone, fax and email
- Invoice and billing for external distributors
- Assisting walk-in customers and processing payments
- Tracking customer concerns and preparing weekly reports
- Data entry

Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated customer service or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities or challenges
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with an attention to detail
