Responsibilities
Tasks

- Supervise laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists and other professionals
- Supervise biological technologists and technicians and other scientists
- Produce reports
- Recruit and hire staff






- Prepare research papers, educational texts or articles
- Conduct interviews
- Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
- Offer mentoring
- Present materials at conference or symposium
- Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals
- Prepare funding applications
- Locate funding for the project
