We are in the process of hiring a Manager, Administration and Operations to add to our team in the non-profit sector. The chosen candidate will be based in Etobicoke, Ontario, and will take on various tasks including administrative duties within a finance setting, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities- Curating, developing, and delivering training and professional development- Managing customer service and resolving problems- Handling procurement and purchasing practices- Overseeing the recruitment and succession planning process- Ensuring confidentiality and demonstrating political finesse with sensitive issues- Maintaining expert knowledge of human rights legislation and AODA- Utilizing expertise in Microsoft Office / Office 365 applications- Showcasing superior data manipulation and analytical skills- Managing budgets and financial elements of the role- Organizing and preparing professional documents ranging from general correspondence to extensive reports- Exhibiting superior organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision- Utilizing knowledge and skills in information technology; including web design and social media experience- Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently- Maintaining accurate customer credit records- Answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.- Must be proficient in Accounting Software Systems- Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required- Experience with Concur is necessary- Must have CRM skills- Previous experience managing Executive calendars with high volume demands- Familiarity with About Time software is essential- Must be skilled in handling Accounting Functions- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required- Should be adept in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is necessaryRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
