Reporting to the Studio Director,





this role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and quality of product samples used for marketing, design, and production.About The Role:The Studio Product Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of handling product samples. This role is key in ensuring that product samples are accurately logged, tracked, and maintained to support our fast-paced studio environment. With a focus on problem-solving and process optimization, the coordinator will work to improve sample workflows and collaboration across teams.Responsibilities:Communication and Coordination - 30%Act as the primary liaison between the studio, warehouse, and product teams to streamline sample management.Maintain weekly communication with the warehouse regarding sample requests, delivery timelines,





and follow-ups.Build strong relationships with all teams to continuously improve sample-handling processes.Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure all production objectives related to samples are met.Collaborate with team members to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient use of time.Track, log, and manage sample movements using the Studio Management System.Proactively flag and report any sample issues to the Studio Project Coordinator for resolution.Operations - 70%Oversee the daily reception and dispatch of product samples between the warehouse, Studio, and production teams.Identify, track, and resolve sample-related issues (e.g., damages, discrepancies in color or inventory, labelling errors).Maintain a well-organized and accurate sample inventory system.Ensure the studio maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment, with weekly cleanup of sample storage areas.Regularly assess and improve sample storage processes to avoid loss, damage,





or delays in project timelines.Verify sample scale accuracy to ensure precise comparison for retouching purposesSupport the Studio by performing various studio tasks as requiredQualifications:Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.A knowledge of English is necessary to communicate with external partners.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Experience with Studio Management Systems or project management software is an asset.Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
