Main responsabilities:

This role will enable the team to increase sales presence and efficiency with our customers and increase VAP (value added products for all product categories Interior Products Group) through all channels. This role will encompass a variety of sales operational processes and systems that require detailed and accurate data to generate a wide array of reporting for internal teams and external customers.







- Maintains daily communication with internal and external stakeholders on relevant updates and information
- Generate Monthly customer reports utilizing Qlikview and issue to customers – approximately 45-50 monthly reports
- Daily Pace Reports for IPG distribution and EPG (interim basis)
- Weekly Pace reports sent to Key customers – approximately 2-5
- Maintains & update Customer / listing database by inputting Price Pages, CT Announcements, Company profile and updates.
- Responsible for program implementation and contracts entering information into internal systems.
- Review program accruals for accurate implementation into SAP
- Coordinate and Review Price Increase implementations and Price Page Distribution with Pricing Department, Sales and Marketing
- Business Development claim processing and accrual reconciliations
- Process temporary and adhoc discounts through PriceFX Quote system
- Case creation for deductions and new store allowances for National Accounts
- Support all pricing and accruals for strategic contractor partners






- Submission and review of monthly Contractor CUA and Discretionary rebate claims
- Monthly reconciliation and submissions of Contractor rebates
- Quarterly Discretionary/CUA claim comparison file + Customer specific file
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials for the appropriate audiences
- Assist with Customer Accounts maintenance and creation, to ensure for accurate pricing and territory assignment
- NoCoat Machine contract maintenance – Monthly
- Leverage internal & external resources to support ad hoc requests by finance, marketing and sales, etc.
- Prepare and maintain reports to consolidate Competitive pricing information
- Timely internal and external communication, administrative activities as required.






- Planning/Coordinating : Sales Corporate events/meetings – approximately 3-4 per quarter. Accommodations, AV, meals, agenda as required

What you will bring:

- Intermediate to advance excel skillset- PivotTable, Vlookups
- Strong powerpoint skills to create professional presentations for customers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Manage and meet multiple deadlines with your ability to prioritize and be extremely organized
- Must have strong detailed orientation to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information coming from the sales team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience dealing with analytical tasks and reporting preferred
