About Us:
I am a 2nd generation real estate agent and the family business was established in 1973. With client relationships spanning decades, our goal is to build genuine relationships with our clients and help them with their real estate needs for life.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Marketing Coordinator to help us streamline operations and enhance our marketing efforts.
This role involves a blend of administrative tasks and marketing initiatives to help us reach our goals and better serve our clients. You should be comfortable implementing repeatable systems that help provide value to past, current, and future clients.
Being the first non-agent hire on our team means that their is an opportunity for growth beyond this role. We are looking for someone who will be able to grow with our team and is eager to learn and, one day, be in a leadership role–either with us or elsewhere based on your desires.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the team.
- Assist with transaction coordination and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain client databases and manage CRM systems.
Marketing Coordination:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, print).
- Create engaging content for listings, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Assist with the organization of events,
and client appreciation gatherings.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and distribute client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a real estate or marketing role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Proficiency in Google drive applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, social media platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
