Overview
We are looking to fill a contract position.
You are a detail-oriented CRM Database Manager & Operational Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our Customer Relationships through our CRM database (Zoho) and related systems (Quickbooks Online, Mailchimp, Zapier, Stripe, Wordpress, WooCommerce).
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our members accounts, improving our CRM platform (Zoho CRM),
streamlining workflows, and supporting the President & the board of directors with actionable insights to enhance customer engagement, sales, and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Develop and implement best practices for data entry, storage, and retrieval, supporting organizational goals.
- Integrate and manage related platforms, including Zoom Webinars, Excel, Mailchimp, WooCommerce Ticketing, and Zapier, to create seamless workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CRM system issues, collaborating with IT or external vendors to resolve them promptly.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Excel and Zoho CRM to support business decision-making.
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Zapier to enhance operational efficiency across platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize the use of Zoho CRM and other integrated platforms.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective CRM usage and adherence to data management protocols.
- Stay updated on Zoho CRM, Zoom, Mailchimp, WooCommerce, Zapier, and other relevant software updates and best practices to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM database management and systems operations, specifically with Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in Zoom Webinars, Excel, Mailchimp, WooCommerce Ticketing, and Zapier Workflow Automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity, process optimization, and cross-platform integration.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
