Job Summary/Goals
Responsible for support senior staff members in running and managing projects in the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors. Some travel may be required.
Job location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support management of projects in the commercial office, industrial and retail sectors, technical consultancy activities and technical due diligence reports preparation,
- Owning responsibility for assigned projects related tasks and activities,
- Support the senior staff members in what is being produced for clients (prepare reports, minutes of the meetings, notes, and other project-related documents),
- Support Senior staff members in identifying potential clients as well as potential services,
- Assist in management of the cost, time schedule and quality aspirations of JLL’s clients in all matters relating to the planning, permitting, design, tendering, construction and hand-over of their works,
- Support the team members in marketing activities, including participation in efforts to win work, support in preparing presentations and proposals,
- Assist senior team members in preparation invoicing instructions addressed to JLL’s finance department,
- Assist in the process of chasing up any late payments for services delivered,
- Be responsible for proper filing of project documentation,
- Attend business development events and conference calls,
- Continuously develop market knowledge and terminology,
- Assist the team in achieving department`s annual target,
- Comply with the JLL Code of Ethics.
Skills
- PM and engineering or architectural background,
- Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work,
- Basic consulting/business winning/client management skills,
- Interest in the wider real estate market,
- Very good interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others,
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments,
- IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office package and MS Project,
- Fluent written and spoken English,
- Very good presentation skills,
- Time management skills,
- Ability to read technical drawings,
- Basic AutoCad skills.

- Display willingness in working both in teams and individually,
- Proactive skills in anticipating problems, and potential solutions, as far as possible in advance,
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external client,
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with team members and clients,
- Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflows.
Experience
- PM experience beneficial.
- Customer relationship management experience beneficial.
Qualifications
- Relevant civil engineering, architectural, MEP or similar university degree.
