Job Description
You will become an integral part of the Structural Group and will be responsible for undertaking projects focused on water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects. Our group is a vibrant, growing team with a passion for supporting the communities in which we live and work with technical expertise and a collaborative design philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the structural team in analysis, design, evaluation and preparation of calculations and drawings.
- Preparing technical reports following inspections, technical analysis,
modelling, and design calculations.
- Preparing proposals, bid and contract documentation.
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project status internally and externally.
- Aiding in financial arrangements for projects including fee forecasting, preparation, and allocation.
Job Requirements
What you will bring:
- An undergraduate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registered, or eligible for registration with APEGA.
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in Structural Engineering.
- Technical expertise in the design and construction of concrete water retaining structures is an asset.
- Experience with SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE software is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage project budget and schedule.
- Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Committed team player and highly self-motivated.
- This position will require occasional travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
