Senior Business Systems Analyst – Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an experienced consultant to join their team. This senior-level role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and leading system transformation efforts. The position is fully remote, with flexible scheduling, though occasional office visits may be required.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $80 to $84 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Define business capabilities and develop the roadmap for future growth.
• Analyze and translate user needs into detailed requirements, epics, user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Document the impact of future developments on systems, processes, and clients across the organization.
• Provide feedback on business and technical documentation, internal/external communications, and user documentation.
• Support end-to-end validation during roll-out phases.
• Act as a mentor and advisor to Business & Systems Analysts.
• Lead efforts in transformational systems work, transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms.
What you will need to succeed:
• 10 to 15 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Strong API and data integration knowledge.
• Experience with customer-facing technologies.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with financial services and system transformations.
