Equium Group wishes to hire a Corporate Concierge Supervisor.
- Requirements:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all residents and stakeholders.
- Monitor and record all trades accessing the building indicating services performed and provide key control.
- Monitor rparking and liaise with Calgary Parking Authority and/or Parking service provider. Ticket and coordinate towing of vehicles as required.
- Distribute building memorandums and provide prompt notifications and announcements as directed by the Property Manager.
- Promptly program intercoms and fobs and collect applicable fees.
- Schedule and assist in supervision of all moves and deliveries, record pre and post conditions, and collect fees.
- Handle all telephone and in-person concerns and requests and liaise with Property Manager to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a current list of tenants complete with phone numbers, fob information, enter-phone information and relevant information.
- Daily log and distribute courier packages.
- Monitor lobby traffic for suspected prostitution, dealing of narcotics and trespassing.
- Establish a working relationship with community liaison police officer (when applicable).
- Complete detailed Daily Occurrence Report (D.O.R) and distribute to the Property Manager.
- Daily monitor of lighting patrols across common areas of the building. Report deficiencies to the property manager.
- Facilitate and assist in annual fire testing and coordinate receipt and return of suite keys for access.
- Monitor any building maintenance alerts (i.e., fire panel).
- Escort trades in building as necessary (i.e., mechanical, locksmith, filter changes).
- Assist with emergencies such as elevator breakdown, water leaks and fire alarms and respond following
- established procedures and protocol.
- Provide personal monitoring when trades enter suites to conduct building related repairs – as directed by Property Manager.
- Work closely with site cleaning staff and ensure any cleaning as a result of resident negligence is dealt with promptly.
- Daily monitor of building common areas – ensuring graffiti and vandalism are dealt with immediately.
- Monitor garbage bin levels and advise the Property Manager when additional pickups are required.
- Assist in development and implementation of fire safety and evacuation programs in conjunction with the Property Manager.
- Documentation of abnormalities related to building operations and email to the Property Manager.
- Embrace and pro-actively support Equium Group's culture of environmental sustainability, and corporate and social responsibility.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Property Manager.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the security or the property management industries including residential, condominium and/or commercial required;
2 years' experience in Guarding, Property Management; and/or 2 years' experience in Property Operations,
Hospitality or Construction; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Strong written and oral communication.
Detail-oriented.
