Work Type: Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Job Description:
Join our team as a Senior UX Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital solutions. You will utilize your expertise in user experience design to drive product development and ensure exceptional user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process throughout all project phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create comprehensive user personas, stakeholder maps, and problem statements.
- Develop wireframes,
prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure accessibility compliance and continuous improvement of the product.
- Analyze usage analytics and user behavior patterns to measure performance.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in UX design best practices and mobile-first design.
- Ability to iterate designs efficiently and intelligently.
- 3+ years of experience in complex project design, using user-centered design processes and Agile methodologies.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design; UX/HCI certification is a plus.
- Experience in facilitating user research and usability testing.
- Expertise in UX software (JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, Zeplin).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
