Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent customer service skills, and experience with Shopify. This role is hybrid, with some days spent at our shop and others working from home. Availability on some weekends during the summer season for car shows is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Manage and update our Shopify store, ensuring accurate product listings and inventory.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Participate in car shows and events, representing Raptor Racing and engaging with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cars and performance car parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work on some weekends during the summer season.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-focused mindset.
