Full job description

Snow and Ice Removal Door-to-door Sales Rep for the upcoming winter season.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers at their homes, presenting our services (snow and ice removal) and ultimately closing sales.







The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for service sales, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently while contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our services.
- Engage with potential customers, effectively communicating service benefits and deals.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

Skills

- Proven experience in service sales or related fields is preferred.






- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and inside sales techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

This job is 100% commission based with no cap on earnings. The more confirmed jobs you sell, the greater the income!

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $200.00-$800.00 per week

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week

Additional pay:
