Working Title: Higher Education, Customer Service Rep, Part Time

Employment Status: Part-Time
Starting Hourly Rate: TBD
Address: Niagara College, Columbia College, Mohawk College and Mcmaster Mohawk
New Hire Schedule: Flexible Schedule – 10-20 hours per week.

- This position is open to students registered in college or university
- Semester based contract
- Must have a Vehicle
- Paid millage
- You will be covering Niagara College, Columbia College, Mohawk College and Mcmaster Mohawk

Job Summary

Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Weekly site visits to various vending machines and/or unattended markets on campus to check pricing consistency,





machine functionality and the correct merchandising of the machines.
- Respond to customer inquiries by reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; and verifying customer's understanding of information.
- Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiries and responses in customers' accounts.
- Improve quality service by recommending improved processes.
- Replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all
- Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns.

- Previous experience in customer service and retail is an asset.
- Able to multitask and work independently and in a team setting.
- Able to work in a past face environment.

- Desire to learn applicable skills in customer service & engagement.
