Opportunity knocks
As a Customer Service Representative - Parts, you support the daily operations of the service department by responding to parts queries, including researching part numbers,
data entry of parts orders and invoicing for customer equipment. As a part of our service team, you will handle service calls from customers, internal sales representatives and technical service representatives. Your friendly personality, great listening skills, and exceptional phone etiquette ensure that we are providing outstanding customer service every time.
Your story
Your positive, approachable manner and excellent communication skills, along with your attention to detail, make you a great candidate to join our team. To succeed in this position, you require work experience in an office environment that demonstrates a focus on customer service, accurate data entry, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with researching to find the right information, and are able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
