about this team
The NA Retail Operations department is responsible for delivering in year operational solutions that support our North America stores to deliver best in class guest experience and drive business results.

The Retail Product Operations team is responsible for creating and delivering best-in-class product and hemming operational solutions for our stores and guests. Guided by our NA Retail Operations Store Principles, we define in-store product operational processes that bring our product vision to life, drive in-season sell through and maximize business results. Our team also provides consultation, develops key milestones/KPI’s, operational efficiencies and final execution of projects that are provided through foundational and initiative-based work.





These initiatives are provided to us by other departments (i.e., DC, Outbound Logistics, Merchandising, Planning, Inventory Management, Store Planning, VM, Product Education, Packaging, Strategic Growth Initiatives, Guest Innovations etc.) that we support in bringing their vision to life and achieve desired outcomes.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

- Responsible for the delivery, implementation and evolution of product operations and product initiatives in North America retail stores
- Identify, solve and coach on operational product gaps in store operations to drive consistent store product execution
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and/or creation of store processes: gathering feedback, cross-functional partner enrollment and alignment, decision-making, change management,





writing communications, creation of job aids (i.e., guides, resources, etc.), and follow-up methods (i.e., quizzes and surveys).
- Identify and deliver on Retail Operations priorities to drive solutions providing options and impacts to key stakeholders driving decision making while mitigating store-facing risk
- Develop and/or utilize an organized system for each project that can be easily referenced and used in the future
- Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups to build retail business requirements with enrollment, clear communication and strong project management skills.
- Ability to successfully facilitate content as needed to ensure all partners are clear on objectives and deliver on time.






- Escalate and drive the solution of in the moment/urgent operational issues that impact stores
- Identify gaps and areas to elevate the business and bring the right department partners together to create sustainable processes and impactful solutions
- Engage with North America retail leaders and stores for implementations and updates from the Store Support Center departments
- Delivering additional projects, duties, and assignment as required and/or requested by their leader

qualifications

- Location: Vancouver
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as facilitation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding and experience in retail - 3+ years of industry experience with strong leadership experience






- Ability to deconstruct and restructure complex issues, drawing out meaningful business insights by synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and driving alignment in a dynamic environment
- Project management experience an asset
- Undergraduate degree, preferred

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81.500 - 107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering,





permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
