Specific Country/Sector/department overview

Location: Warsaw, JBS, Contract to Cash Department

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that billing and revenue process is smooth and efficient, in line with corporate policy and correctly reflected in the ledgers.







What this job involves

- Setting up contract information within the ERP system.

- Maintaining customer’s database.

- Issuing invoices and credit notes.

- Running month end closing reports and ensuring all transactions have been correctly processed.

- Assisting with the reconciliation of C2B related accounts.

- Providing sufficient information to the local finance community on a timely basis.

- Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.

- Fluent spoken & written English. Additional language is an advantage







- Knowledge of accounting rules, experience in accounting is an advantage.

- Ability to work within tight operational deadlines.

- Good organizational skills and methodical working approach.

- Service-minded with superior customer service skills.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP package is an advantage.

- Experience in a financial Shared Service Centre or a large financial organization is an advantage.
