The Role
To support the rapid growth of our business, we are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for our users around the globe. You will act as the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they continue to receive a world class level of service and support. In this varied role you will assist with a diverse range of challenges, ranging from connectivity problems,





installation and licensing challenges, through to geoscience solution specific issues.

This role requires you to be based out of GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and offers the opportunity to work from home for some days each week. In this role you maybe required to work 4 days on and 3 days off, 10-hour days, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the delivery of a world class service support facility which provides timely, effective, and professional
- education and support to all our users
- Help customers achieve resolutions to their problems, primarily by email and remote sessions.






- Analyze and triage tickets to help prioritize issues as they come in and ensure they are routed to the correct escalated resource.
- Assist in the creation of Self- Help content such as quick start guides, learning paths, and On-Demand Training materials
- Collaborate with the escalated technical staff, sales, and development teams to establish suitable service levels for Seequent’s internal staff and customers.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

- One to two years’ experience in a customer focused Database Management, IT, or Application Support role.
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of internet network connection / proxy / firewall is an asset.
- Proven analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quickly identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Passionate,





driven, and motivated to work in a highly technical environment.
