This position is required to work on-site.
Supervise a training team of 3-4 facilitators including hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, timekeeping, and day-to-day functions
Responsible to implement, facilitate, and document required training programs, as well as ensure all materials and resources are prepared for sessions including the upkeep/set-up of the training rooms Assist with instructional design of training programs; offer revisions, modifications to meet the learning objectives and ensure quality and consistency of facilitation by the training team
Point person for all LMS functions including training documentation, internal audits of the system, updating/executing E-Learnings,
and training audits for department training programs Provide training reports and create statistics for completion, and where possible, create follow-up surveys/audits of select programs to determine level of knowledge transfer
Assist with the creation, updating, and maintenance of training courses, certifications, skills, and power users within the LMS.
Assist departments with updating and/or creating Learning Plans and regularly maintain/update as required Ensure all training deadlines are met.
Provide status updates, and follow-up with departments
Work in conjunction with the HR office team to ensure onboardings are completed in a timely manner Assist with other Human Resources duties as required
Prior training, instructor, public speaking, or coaching experience Enrolled in/completed a post-secondary educational, training or Human Resources Management program, or equivalent, is an asset
Accurate, detail oriented and efficient in the completion of tasks; highly organized; ability to multi-task
Superior oral and written communication skills Experience working with Windows' based programs; data entry experience is an asset
Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and on weekends
