Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Independent Insurance Brokers to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, providing you with unlimited earning potential and the flexibility to manage your own schedule. As a broker with us, you will have access to a wide variety of insurance products from all the markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance options from our extensive portfolio of carriers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Actively prospect for new clients and expand your book of business.
- Adhere to all insurance company and internal guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Work ethically and transparently, prioritizing the best interests of clients in all transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Collaborate with our team to share insights and strategies for success.
Qualifications:
- RIBO license.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or brokerage is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
