Our kitchen specializes in traditional and fusion Indian dishes, and we are looking for someone who can maintain high standards of quality and taste.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (curries, tandoori items, rice, etc.)
Ensure the food is cooked to perfection while maintaining consistency and presentation
Follow hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen






Assist with ingredient preparation and daily kitchen tasks
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian cuisine cook (minimum 1-2 years)
In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Team player with a positive attitude
