Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor,





and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good computyer skills and ability to work in multiple softeware programs.

Duties

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls as needed - we do use auto answer for most calls - with good phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Invoicing clients and follow up on collections for Accounts Receivable.
- Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses.
- Dealing with CRA as needed and responded to some of their requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer use, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.






- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and appointments efficiently.
- Ability to type accurately and quickly for effective communication.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as clerical work, filing systems, and record keeping.
