Caregiver Position for Elderly in Candiac
A busy professional family in Candiac is looking for a caregiver for an elderly person who will also handle housekeeping and other domestic tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Salary is $17/hour, with two days off usually on Saturday and Sunday (flexibility may be required). Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. Proficiency in French or English is required.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: General High School Diploma – Completed
Experience: 1-2 years of experience with elderly individuals or equivalent experience through work or studies in related fields such as teaching, nursing,
midwifery, or psychology is required.
Other Requirements
Punctuality, reliability, good judgment, a sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational skills are essential.
