What you can expect to do here:
1. Project management of Civil Engineering projects, specifically Water and Wastewater Projects and Programs; primarily in Linear Infrastructure.
2. Some of our typical programs involve Basement Flooding Mitigation, watermain replacement, and pipeline rehabilitation.
3. Technical project management, including tracking project schedule, ensuring delivery of projects, liaising with clients and project stakeholders, managing project risks, invoicing and reviewing project financial performance.

Prepare and review technical specifications and design drawings.
5. Project coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
6. Securing permits and approvals from external authorities as required.
7. Chair design review meetings, identify and resolve project issues, and act as a point of contact for site staff.
8. Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with WSP's Quality Management System.
9. Mentoring junior project management and technical staff.
What you'll bring to WSP:
1. A university degree in engineering OR an engineering technician college degree.
2. Ontario Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
3. Greater than seven years of experience in the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure assets.
4.
Working knowledge of the concept to completion process for municipal/provincial clients.
5. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
6. Understanding of Modelling software, CADD systems or GIS applications could be an asset.
7. Must be willing to assist on Business development activities.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
9. Exceptional detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
