Assistant Store Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Markville Mall location.
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving the store's success by ensuring outstanding customer experiences, developing a high-performing team, and overseeing daily operations. Your ability to lead by example will be key in inspiring the team to deliver excellent service and maximize sales potential.
From helping with recruitment and training to handling day-to-day operational tasks like inventory and cash management, your role will be essential to maintaining a smooth-running store.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need previous retail experience in a leadership role, excellent communication and team leadership skills, and a passion for customer service and retail trends. Flexibility in your schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends, is important as well.
