Job Description:

As a New Customer Development Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals mainly at various starter programs and in collaboration with the local territory representative in targeted assigned territory based on the direction of the Area Director, through the effective selling and promoting of Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives. Flexibility to take part in special projects and operations within assigned territory based on the direction of the Marketing manager, specialty marketing’s and in collaboration with the Area Director.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:






Develop and implement a sales plan for new customers, access their needs and characteristics.
Present appropriate, products, solutions and services.
Evenings and weekends for courses
Analyze and assess course sales trends. Plan sales activity based on the areas needs to ensure that area attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.
Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer.

40% Overnight travel

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent education in business or related fields required.

EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of achievement oriented sales experience preferably in dental/medical devices is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.






Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated professional sales skills.
Advanced negotiation skills.
Intermediate computer skills. (Microsoft office)
Proficient in Salesforce.com
