As a Technical CRM Consultant, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll be a trusted advisor to our team and clients and an effective mentor for other delivery center professionals working alongside you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advice / consulting regarding solutions and approaches to complex use cases;
- The overall architecture of complex solution CRM best practices and product feasibility;
- Be engaged with the IT department of customers for complex use cases;
- Oversight of CRM projects ensures best practices;
- Coaching / mentoring intermediate / junior consultants.
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 5 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects including projects involving integration with one or multiple systems
- IT background and CRM experience (>
- 10K hours of implementation);
- Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal;
- One of the below certifications : Sales, Service, Marketing.
